Since commencing in 2009, Broad Reach Employee Relations has worked with clients focused on effectively managing the risks and rewards of employment. Our clients are based both inside and outside of Australia. We help them prevent employment related problems where they can and respond to them where they can’t.
We design contracts, agreements and policies. We help clients communicate with their people. We advise, investigate and respond to employment related claims. We represent and advocate for employers and industry bodies. We coordinate people related projects and processes to reduce potential risk and harm to businesses.
We teach people about how to employ compliantly. We coach managers on how to manage employees legally and effectively. We train HR practitioners on how to respond to employee claims, complaints and concerns. We deliver workshops and seminars, in person and virtually, to employers and industries.
